I use this for Kayaking .Mostly calm water but on occasion will head out from calm water way into the edge of Lake Ontario ( where boats enter& leave marina ) waters wavy & a bit rough.. Fun to paddle into the current & ride the waves back in! Unlike my previous PFD this is comfortable! The tighter I make it the less bulky it is.It is shorter than previously owned PFD. That makes it way more comfortable.Im 5’6 abt 165 lbs( female) It fits me perfectly when all straps are tightened to maximum.Seems to have thinner areas for mobility where needed for paddling.& does not ride up around my neck. ... show more
