I was going to return the duvet because it is thicker then I would like. I am a very hot sleeper. I decided to keep it for these reasons. It is the sheet like feel and a soft slick feel. It isn’t a satin feel or look. It is more like the type I have bought in the past a few years ago. It is all season and really puffy but it is very comfortable. It isn’t heavy on the body. It is very light feeling so not as hot as one would think. It has a little crinkle sound but not loud just slight which I love the crinkle sound. I am not using a duvet cover since it would make it warmer but it looks great in a cover because it’s so fluffy. If you want fluffy, soft slick sheet like and more like typical down with feathers and slight sound, it would be for you. I hope this helps someone. I had a very hard time finding reviews that describe how a duvet material actually feels which is very important to me. So far I don’t feel feathers poking through and no feathers are flying around. I was hoping to replace my current insert with something with more volume. It doesn't give the down comforter vibe. Even after leaving it out to "fluff" out after being compact in shipping nothing really happened. There's not a lot of filling, pretty sparse.

Bought this as it's been getting colder, and it's quite good. Incredibly soft and warm down comforter for a good price. Pairs really nicely with my bamboo fabric comforter cover.

This Airensky Down Comforter King Size - White Duvet Insert is a lovely down comforter. I got the all season one. I read that a smell is normal when you first get it, but I barely noticed anything. I did drape it over a railing for a few hours to air it out, just for good measure. Then I put it in my dryer on low for five or ten minutes, and it fluffed it up really nicely. I love that it has corner tabs and loops so it stays put inside the duvet. Previously I was using a comforter inside a duvet and two quilts to stay warm. My heater is set to 60 degrees at night. I also previously used a heating pad on and off during the night. Now I am only using the down comforter inside a duvet (plus my sheet). I stay nice and warm all night. We have hot summers and set the air conditioning to 68 at night, and I think I will probably be too hot using this then. But for now, I am really liking this. One thing I want to note is that it is not a true baffle box design - the comforter is sewn straight through. However, at least in my climate, I am plenty cozy and warm and do not feel that is a deal breaker. Someone in a colder climate might feel differently. One other thing that I want to note is that it is 600 fill power. I was going over the listing trying to figure this out but couldn't find anything. If you need a quality duvet for warmth, this is the one to go with, it is too warm for me to even use yet! Had to go back to a blanket for a while because this thing was SO WARM it was making us sweat at night

I LOVE this comforter! It’s a bit heavy for a comforter but on the lighter side of a duvet, and I use it every night. It’s a bit hard to get into duvet covers, but I think that’s normal.
