***This is an UPDATE to my original review. *** The seller reached out after reading my original review and while I won’t say specifics , I will say they stood behind their product and made it 100% right for me. Their great communication and swift response to rectify the situation impressed me quite a bit. The next time I’m in the market for an air mattress , I will give them another shot because they stand behind their products and customer satisfaction seems to be very impotent to them. I added an extra star for that! I brought this particular air mattress based on the great reviews. And I have to say , for a while it lived up to the hype. I purchased it for my new apartment to use until I got my new furniture. I slept on it and it was amazing. It was so comfortable and I would get a great nights sleep on it. It never really lost any air over time like most air mattresses do. I would pump it up a little more every once in a while , not because it lost air but because I wanted it a little firmer. Then one day out of the blue …BAM! It just started getting soft out of nowhere. I tried to identify where the leak was but couldn’t. And I mean it lost air fast! I woke up in the middle of the night and it had lost so much air and become so soft …I was folded up in it like a taco! I was so disappointed. I had hoped to continue to use this air mattress even after I got my new furniture. I wanted to use it when company came over but now , it’s useless. I wish had been able to get more use from it and not have to throw it away after only 2 months. I’m sure I will get another air mattress for guest at some point but I don’t know if I would get this brand again . ... show more

This thing’s amazing I wish it had a box or a carrying case cause it’s a little heavy but other than that, it’s holding shape and I’ve had three people sleeping on it, but not at the same time.
