I believe it is Excellent, as the picture shows 14 1/2 inches. It is firm to soft, it expands in minutes, easy to put in place. Here is a Hint put it in place, then let expand. It look as if it is durable but time will tell.

Received approximately 2 weeks ago. Never had a 14 inch mattress before, and it was much taller/fuller than what I expected. Thus far it's been a great upgrade. The edges are firm enough for someone to sit or lay on without sliding or rolling off. Able to sleep comfortably on back, side, or stomach. Seems to help moderate body temp as you sleep and dampens movement sensation well. So far, very pleased with my purchase.

This charcoal infused foam mattress is very comfortable and the reasonable price tag makes it a real value. Add fast, free shipping to the list of perks and it's definitely a deal worth investing in. Am expecting this bed to last awhile considering the high level of quality. There are many similar foam mattresses for sale on Amazon yet I finally decided on this seller and feel as though I made the right choice. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice bed. I built an open frame for it with 2x4's so that the foam can breathe. It's best not to place these mattresses directly on the floor for that reason. Thanks for reading.

The mattress arrived quickly. It was well packaged. It inflated to the full 14 inches very quickly. We let it air out and fully inflate for a week before use. All of these aspects were great. The seller tries to provide great customer service, but unfortunately, this mattress is way too big to repackage and return. It came vacuum sealed and obviously we can't do that in order to return. If you decide to try this mattress, the seller is top notch and helpful. That's appreciated and always a priority for me. This seller needs to review Amazon's policies and abide by Amazon's policies with regard to communication with buyers. Sellers can only go through Amazon messaging when communicating with buyers. Unfortunately, this seller has contacted me via my private email and they've texted me to try to help me. I don't communicate with sellers this way because it violates Amazon's policies. If this seller wants to communicate with me, please go through Amazon's messaging to communicate. That would be appreciated. To their credit they have never asked me to delete or change me review. I appreciate that! I ordered this queen size mattress for myself. I have problems with my back and wanted to get something comfy. I researched for months trying to find the best mattress for me. I decided on this one based largely on the other reviews. Unfortunately, this mattress is much harder than I wanted. IMO, It's VERY uncomfortable! But even more importantly it has absolutely no edge support. After a little more than a month, it's already sagging on the edge. It's partly my fault because I tend to sleep on the edge. I can't recommend this mattress for everyday use, but it would be good for a guest room that only gets very occasional use.
