The small size also makes it incredibly convenient to grab and use without needing a dedicated workspace or bulky equipment. The built-in compressor is a standout feature. Having everything integrated into a single handheld unit makes this airbrush extremely easy to use and transport. Despite its small size, it delivers a smooth and consistent airflow that performs far better than expected. The nozzle and paint cup are both on the smaller side, which actually works to its advantage for detail work and controlled application. The kit itself is thoughtfully put together. It includes extra paint brushes for touch-ups, along with a handy cleaning kit that makes maintenance simple and quick. Cleaning is especially important with smaller nozzles, and this kit makes it easy to keep everything running smoothly between uses. While this airbrush is often marketed for makeup and cosmetic use, it performs exceptionally well for thinner paints and hobby applications. We’ve been using it for painting RC models and RC vehicles, which is a bit outside the usual purpose, and it works wonderfully. Good first airbrush experience

I had been really wanting to try an airbrush and selected this as it looked simple and sleek. My tween and I had a great time using an airbrush for the first time ever! We were fairly terrible at it, lol, but it was a fun learning experience. We used this with diy food coloring on royal icing. Don't judge our axolotl cookies that look like elephants, please! The airbrush itself was a little daunting but ultimately fairly straightforward and simple to use. I do wish the instructions had been more robust regarding the air flow adjustment and air brushing techniques, but most of that is just the learning curve. This seems well made and of quality materials. It is certainly sophisticated in design. It is conveniently charged with a micro-usb, so cordless while working. It runs fairly quietly and feels well weighted in the hand, even for my tween. Has two running modes which seem to be essentially "high" and "low" and comes with brushes for cleaning and several cups to hold your liquid. Cleaning was simple with the disassembly instructions included. The paint brushes included are cheap with untidy tips/bristles. If you need detail brushes, you'll be better off providing your own.

Great quality perfect for beginners

I've been wanting to try out an airbrush gun to give some of my vinyl items a bit more of a custom look, even some leather bags. This was a perfect beginners set, it comes with everything, no need to look for an air compressor attachment. The noise level is at a fair level, doesn't have a high pitch sound that would bother me either, so that is a plus to me. The battery is pretty decent too, its lasted an entire project if you let it fully charge. The bottles are easy enough to clean, i was able to even use some acrylic paint i already had on me and it has worked wonderfully. I cant wait to make more little projects like customizing dolls and clothes.

Good compressor for the price!

I got this Melous airbrush kit for my daughters to do nails, but ended up keeping it for myself for crafts. The compressor is small but strong enough to give a nice steady spray, and the gun feels solid for the price — honestly feels like way more than you pay for. I’ve used it on fabric and wood art and it handled everything really well. Paint sprays nice and adjustment works good enough. Only small thing is the hose connectors could be a bit sturdier, but once it’s hooked up it works fine. Overall super versatile and a great deal for how much you get.

this airbrush kit was fun to try but definitely feels more like a beginner or hobby level tool than something professional. it’s compact and easy to set up, which i liked, and it worked right out of the box without a lot of fiddling. for light projects like nail art, simple makeup looks, or small crafts, it does the job and gives a soft mist once you get the hang of trigger control. the compressor is quiet enough for home use, but it isn’t very powerful, so coverage takes time and patience. clogging can happen if the paint or product isn’t thinned just right, so there is a bit of trial and error involved. it’s lightweight and easy to hold, but it doesn’t feel heavy duty and i wouldn’t expect it to last forever with frequent use. overall it’s a decent starter airbrush for experimenting and learning, just don’t expect salon level or professional results.
