Its early, but so far I am impressed. We bought two of these for our TV room. I am 6' tall. My wife is 5'2. They are not large oversized chairs, but the adjustable headrest is the key that makes these chairs work well for both of us. My feet hang off the end of the footrest a bit, not that big of a deal to me. My initial reaction is 1. The seat is quite firm and comfortable. 2. I do not believe these are real leather as stated in the ad, and also in some reviews. 3. The motorized recline and headrest functions are super quiet and fast. I was not sure I would like a motorized recliner, but I am a fan. The motorized feature gives me the ability to set the chair exactly where it fits me. This goes a long way in making for comfortable seating. 4. The motorized headrest is really nice to support your head in almost any position. Fast easy assembly with good instructions- my wife did most of the assembly. From the time the FedEx driver delivered until both chairs were set up and in place as about 30-40 minutes. Each chair came in 2 boxes. My previous chair was a manual Lazyboy leather recliner. It was quite worn and I needed to replace it. I thought seriously about getting 2 new lazyboy recliners, The model I had would have cost about $1500 each. (I paid $550 each for these) Do I think this chair is better than the Lazyboys??? No. It is not the same quality. But it seems to be pretty good quality for 1/3 of the cost. The chair is pretty well designed. The two large pockets in the arms are great. The cup holder is nice. I did not think I would leave the tray on the chair, but I have not taken it off yet. They are handy for a book, notepad, laptop, my glasses...whatever. Bottom line-my wife loves the chairs. I like them, but my expectation is pretty high. I do not like junk. I like good quality and can afford it. I would not recommend a poor product. I am not that guy. This is not a $4000 chair. It is however a pretty good value for the money. It also looks good next to my $4500 sofa. Knowing what I know now, would I buy two more of these chairs? Yes. Shipping was a little crazy; they separated the boxes ; I got them separately ; got 3 then 1 and the last one took the longest but had them all in a week. Just waiting for that last one box sucked lol. Getting to put it together was super easy ; instructions came with it along with everything it promised. Quality is beautiful; the air leather is soft and feels durable; doesn’t have any bad smells. So far everything works smoothly and comfortably! Love I can change the light colors too! Very pleased and definitely recommend buying ! Also; Was looking for a couch with support for my husband’s neck problems and with the adjustable headrest it’s perfect and helps so much keeping his pain levels down . My husband needed a new chair. He had worn out one from Ashley furniture (actually 3 that he wore out one by one). This one is roomy and strong enough to hold a big guy. It came with the pockets at the front of the arms, hollow arms for storage, and the tray that swings up- those 2 things were significant improvements from the old chairs we had. Recently received this item. I was amazed at how easy it was to assemble. The instructions were straightforward. So far my husband is enjoying this twin recliner. For we got the price was right. I'm only giving it a 4, since it's so new. We'll see how it holds up over time.

Just received this today, and it is half-awesome! Half, because one of the seats we received was labeled incorrectly as a left hand facing seat, but both seats were right hand facing. My wife put together the half of the loveseat that she could and tried it out, and she LOVES it. I'll update this review when the seller responds with a solution so that everybody will know what kind of customer service to expect. If they respond and ship out the correct piece quickly, I'll update this to a 5 star review. If it takes a long time or they're difficult to deal with, I'll make sure to update for that too. UPDATE: After taking a closer look at the seats, I realized that by reversing a couple of brackets and repositioning a couple wires, I could turn one of the right facing seats into a left facing seat. Took me about 20 minutes to get it all dialed in. Minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, and not worth docking a star for. Customer service did get back to me same day, but by the time they did, I already had it solved and set up. Got to take this loveseat for a test drive last night, and I really like it. The power reclining and power headrest features are smooth and quiet. The lighted cup-holders and multi-color foot lights are a fun novelty that can be turned on an off. The cupholders don't change color to match the foot lights. They'll always be blue, while the foot lights have 6 or 7 different color options. Each seat has it's own separate power supply and wall plug, so be prepared for that. Might need to plan on a power strip. The storage arms are big enough to store the tray tables, and the side pockets are super deep. Still figuring out the best place to keep remotes where they'll be convenient to reach. The leather feels thick and of good quality. The seat and back cushions are on the firm side, but I'm sure they'll wear in a little over time. Between the cup holder and the tray table socket, there's a lot of hard stuff at the ends of the narrow armrests, so they're not super comfortable, but it's a trade off for the conveniences. The seats are surprisingly wide for it being a smaller unit. My wife and I are not particularly narrow people, and there was comfortably room for both of us with a Dachshund in between. The matching throw pillows are a nice decorative touch, but you don't need them to sit comfortably. Ours wound up on the floor by the end of the night. A note for tall people: This is a compact unit designed to fit into RV's and be space-efficient in home theater settings. I'm 6'2", and the footrest when reclining all the way back stops about mid calf. My traditional reclining loveseat in the living room extends to about my ankles. The headrest is similarly designed for people slightly shorter than me. In order to take advantage of the tilt-out power headrest, I have to skooch down a little, which puts my legs further out over the footrest. I don't mind it, I got what I expected, but I can't imagine a person any taller than me being comfortable on this. ... show more
