This is your basic self inflating air mattress. It inflates easily and relatively quickly and its high enough off the floor to make it easier to get off of for older guests. The addition of a angled "pillow" at the head is nice also. The material seems thick enough for heavier use and the softer "sueded" top is nice. The only real issue i found is the pump is incredibly loud both filling and emptying the mattress. Like loud enough my toddler ran crying and the dog began barking. Its actually about as loud as my shop compressor which is not great in enclosed rooms. If you can get over the noise its a decent air mattress to keep around for overnight guests. ... show more

So I was in need of a bed to sleep on because I’m doing some moving and dealing with this other house there is nowhere to sleep right now, and I figured while I’m in there for a while I’m gonna wanna lay down and relax a little bit because I’ve got back and knee issues. I need to be able to kind of elevate once in a while, and also, if I work into the night and happen to doze off, I wanted to be somewhere safe and comfy. This mattress is really perfect for all of those things. What I love about this is that it has its own internal pump because that saves me from having to bring a separate pump with me so I can inflate and deflate very easily and I really appreciate that. It also has a nice little raised area at the top, kind of like a pillow, so if you’re not looking to just bed down for awhile and it’s just a quick nap or something convenient, you don’t even need to really worry about bringing a pillow since it has that area already built-in. The only thing I’d say is that it is kind of a little noisy when you do utilize the pump, but that’s not in any way a dealbreaker, just don’t use it in a tiny enclosed space if you have sensitive hearing or maybe put in some earplugs, but aside from that I’d say this is a really great portable mattress that you should definitely consider checking out. ... show more

I needed an extra mattress since I am expecting extended family to stay with us, so I got this today. This is very similar to an older air mattress that I bought at the local Walmart. However, in comparison to my previous one, this one is somewhat lower to the floor. The fact that I am not in need of anything extremely high is why I enjoy it. It is ideal for two typical adults. I would fill the mattress with air since the manufacturer says it can support up to 660 pounds. There's no need to bring additional tools to inflate it because it has an internal air pump. If you're planning on using it while camping, make sure to bring a generator or an electrical outlet. In under 5 minutes, the air mattress was prepared for use. The deflate knob and reverse air-out feature make it easy to pack up, which is a nice touch. I do like that it has a small headrest area like a pillow in case you don't have one available. Most air mattresses don't have this added feature. I was expecting it to weigh more, but it was easy to carry, about 6-7 lbs and easy to move around. Come with everything stated in the seller's info: User Guide, Carry Bag, Repair Patch, Adapter, Pump. You can see me sitting down on the mattress in the next photo, and you can also see that I was standing directly on top; it needed more air. This air mattress is a dream. At least it was for my wife. I had the bed unfolded, plugged in and inflated in an almost startlingly quick time. The conveniently built in air pump is quite powerful, in my opinion. My wife jumped right on the bed, and in ten minutes she was asleep. I kid you not. The height is right, giving the bed a real sense of substance. The soft top layer was smooth enough that my wife didn't need a sheet. The built in pillow is a game changer, speaking to the overall superior feel this mattress has over others I've tried in the past. When her nap time was over an hour later, the bed deflated with impressive speed. I was surprised how flat the bed got, making folding it up a breeze. Importantly, the bed fit back in the storage bag with ease. I think the price makes this air mattress an incredible bargain. Highly Recommended ... show more

This is a great item for the rare house guests, so that you can devote a spare room to other endeavors like a home-gym, but convert to bedroom when needed! This mattress is high quality in material and craftsmanship. The built in inflation is AWESOME! No more losing the pump or adapters.
