    • Great Addition to My Truck
I purchased the Airlift for my F-350. Pulling a large 5th wheel and was trying to level it out when pulling the trailer. I have not road tested under a load but I did connect trailer and was able to lift it up and level it out. I think I am going to be very happy with this purchase. The install is not complicated and the instructions were very straightforward. It took me a little extra time but that is just me. Although it took me a little longer, it was not a difficult install. The difficulty of the install is more about just having to work on your back and work up over you in tight spaces. I'm 59 and wear progressive lens glasses so it can be challenging working in tight spots. Once in position, the bolt down is very easy. I found that the easiest way for me to jack the truck up for install was to place jack under trailer receiver hitch and basically just jack up the bed to get necessary clearance for the install. A concrete pad and a creeper are also very helpful. Also, on a customer service note, when I received the Airlift system, one of the airbags was defective. You could hear a part rolling around inside of it. Called Airlift on the phone and they shipped me a replacement out right away no questions asked. A big shout out to Airlift. That is how it is supposed to work!! ... show more

    • Perfect air bag set up for my needs.
Relatively easy to install and instructions were spot on. Just follow them step by step and you won't have any problems. I opted to tee the two air lines together and only used one air valve to air both bags up simultaneously. Since the stainless air lines have flared fittings on bothe ends I just needed to add a flared tee and one flared coupling from the local hardware store. Don't know how you would do it with the push on plastic line fittings and surprised that Air Lift doesn't offer a tee as an option. I've had similar air bags on another truck for over 20 years and never once did I ever not put the same amount of pressure in each bag. I guess if you have a lopsided cap over camper you might need to level the load but for hauling trailers it should always be balanced. ... show more

Easy installation if you have minimal mechanical aptitude. Step by step Instructions. I added these to my 2018 F250 for towing a 27’ camper and helped tremendously!! Well worth the money

    • Save your money, get the plastic air lines.
Put these on a 2018 F350 single rear wheel. They work. Hold weight without the sag and squat. Makes towing feel so much more stable. Took about 3 hours to install. Get tall jack stands or make sure to have lots of blocks cut. Two things, do not over tighten the air fittings, and save the money and get the plastic air lines. The steel braided lines leak and it's impossible to stop them. A connection that was fine one minute if loosened would leak when retightened. Ended up buying all PTC (push to connect) fittings and 10 foot of plastic line and re-did mine, no leaks now. ... show more

    • Well Worth the Money.
This is my 2nd one. I had the 1st one professionally installed when I purchased my gooseneck equipment trailer. I didn't realize how much it helped until the last load I towed. The load was heavier than I normally tow, but still within the rating for my truck trailer. Unfortunately, when I picked up the load and went to inflate the system, I found that the batteries in the remote were dead. I ended up hauling without the benefit of the air lift. What a difference that made in the haul. After that I won't tow without the air lift. I just traded my truck in on a new one and will again have this professionally installed, with the wireless remote system by Air Lift. I highly recommend Air Lift. I'll review the Air Lift wireless compressor system separately. ... show more

    • Air Bags Leak
We bought this for my husband’s truck and he installed it with one of his friends and it was a pretty straightforward installation. The reason I am giving it one star is because the bags leak. My husband thought maybe it was due to a fitting or one of the air lines but he replaced all of that with new fittings and lines and the bags still leak. He has tried calling their customer service and can’t get anyone in the phone and even left a message two weeks ago on 9/11/20 and still hasn’t gotten a call back. All we want is for them to send us new air bags so that we can actually use the product we paid for. At this point I would not recommend this product to anyone because it is too expensive for it not to work. ... show more

    • Easy to install for a home mechanic
All you need is a floor jack, jack stands, basic hand tools and a little mechanical aptitude. The instructions were well written and clear. All of the parts were in the box. Just set aside a couple/few hours. I had 5000s on the 1/2 ton and they were fantastic. Just put the 5000 Ultimate Plus on the Super Duty. This truck is 2x more than enough for our camper, but there was a little too much bounce for me on some of the fantastic roads we tow over. My choice was to upgrade my WDH or install these. We're going to upgrade to a 5th wheel camper next season, why spend $$$ on a new WDH? Now we're set. Buy AMERICAN! ... show more

    • Great system
Got tired for blinding people when hauling my UTV in my truck at night. This solved it. Good, well built system. Was a little bit of a pain installing but I expected that. I did not remove the tires to install so that may have made it easier.
