  • Decent clay
This dries a bit faster than I’d like- leaves cracks if you’re not using a sponge. It’s great for making little crafts with my preschooler, and even makes decent items (ring dishes, pinch pots, etc) with attention to the drying. There isn’t a ton to work with on a wheel, but it’s a good little pack for home schoolers or in home caregiving. ... show more

  • Great consistency for projects
This 2.2lb pack of natural white modeling clay is perfect for ceramics, DIY crafts, and sculpting. Its soft and pliable texture makes it easy to mold into various shapes, and the best part is, it dries on its own without needing a kiln or oven. My kids made some very cute little figures with it and they dried nicely without cracking which is a draw back to kids clay. It's lightweight, which is great for intricate details, and the finished pieces have a smooth, natural white finish. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned artist, this air dry clay is a fantastic choice for unleashing your creativity. Affordable, easy to use, and perfect for a variety of artistic creations! ... show more

  • Dries quick
I usually use polymer clay but I wanted to give air dry a chance. You really do have to knead it good to make it pliable which may be normal for this type of clay. Once kneaded it is soft and easy to work with but it dries really quick so it gets hard to change up. It became really crumbly. Again I don't usually use air dry so this may be normal but if you're new to clay I'd use a different kind so you have a bit more time to practice. ... show more

  • Nice for beginners
This air dry clay is good for beginners and those just looking to work with clay without the intensity of having to fire it. It has just about the right consistency but does get very powdery/crumbly when you get it too wet. Suitable for little figures and sculptures, not suitable for containers or things you will be handling a lot. ... show more

  • Convenient to use
Absolutely pleased with the overall quality of this air dry clay. It's very easy and convenient to use especially for small batch ceramics and DIY projects. Despite not finishing the whole clay in one sitting, it's still usable after a few weeks upon opening. Just make sure to store it in an airtight container or reseallable bags. It's very smooth to knead and great that the package included a sponge. As for the drying quality, it hardened evenly and so far hasn't experience any crack in the process. I haven't used other paints so far, but once all dried, I did use acrylic paints and it applied well.Would recommend to those looking for reliable set of air cry clay! ... show more

  • Great, Clay
This is a really great air dry Clay, soft but not too soft. You can use it in a mold or fore hand building doesn’t crack much as it dries as long as you don’t try to dry it in the oven or with heat

  • Decent clay
I was excited to get my hands on some clay, even though I'm not talented in the least when it comes to sculpture. It's still fun. Came exactly as described, two seal packages of white modeling clay. It's a learning process, this dries fast, so you gotta learn to use the sponge and keep it moist without too much water so it doesn't warp. It makes for good practice clay, imo, and getting used to creating with clay. It handles well, make sure to knead it well. ... show more

  • Nice, but soft
This clay is nice to work with once you get it out of the pack and knead it some, but it seems to start drying very quickly. Not in a good way, either. It becomes chalky very fast, so that sponge that's included really helps out. When it does dry, which took about three days, it's not bad but it does crumble kind of easily when it isn't super thick. I tried making a chime candle holder out of this and when I touched one of the areas where the chime candle goes it ended up crumbling. I have to fix it, and will eventually, but I hadn't thought that it was too thin or anything. It's very white once it dries completely so I love that because I do plan on painting it when I get around to fixing where it broke. ... show more
