I am being forced to rate this product so I will choose 5 stars even though I have not used it. This product appeared to be paired with other items which are necessary to install this exhaust hose in a window. Unfortunately, all the other items that I got were designed to go with a 5-inch in diameter hose, whereas this hose has a diameter of 5.9 inches. So I am stuck with an exhaust hose that doesn't match the other pieces I ordered. There is nothing wrong with the hose I got as far as I can tell. It is just the wrong size hose for my needs. I am disabled and so I had to wait until I got help to install the items I ordered. I am sure I did not get the help until the 30-day return window had passed. I am going to see if the seller is willing to swap the 5.9-inch hose for a 5-inch hose so that I can finally get the air conditioner installed before I melt from the temperatures we have been having, between 90 degrees F and 100+ degrees F. ... show more
