I like the chairs a lot, they’re surprisingly sturdy for the price and very comfortable. Unfortunately, I’m only left with only three useable chairs since one of the set of legs came without a shoe. I contacted the “24/7 customer service” and got no answer. Update 6/17: After my original review, the manufacturer reached out to me on 6/2 to see if they could send me a replacement part. I emailed them back and have still received no response or replacement part. So I can ask to replace all 4 chairs or I can just have a wobbly chair forever. Not happy at all. Update 6/26: I received a package today that appears to be replacement chairs. I’m happy that my issue was resolved and after the first time I updated my review, the communication with my was prompt and pleasant.     • Simple Design, Inexpensive, Does the Job, Great Customer Service!
The chairs do the job for our family. They were inexpensive and the seat cover is a material that will not show stains. We have a 3-year-old and our previous chairs with fabric seats looked horrendous after a short time. We got these chairs specifically to avoid that issue. Consequently, we did not want to pay a ton for the chairs, as it will be some time before our youngest doesn't make a mess of everything. The chairs are extremely light in weight, which made us a bit nervous but so far, so good. We've had them an extremely short while, so, I will try my best to remember to come back and comment on how they hold up over time. If the metal support lasts, I'd definitely rate these chairs 5-stars. One of the chairs has yet to be built because the screws for the chair got lost in shipment. This was evident by the two loose screws we found in the box containing all of the parts. I contacted Angoo Inc through Amazon and got a prompt reply from a woman named Jane. She had replacement screws sent out within days and was extremely kind, understanding, and apologetic during our exchange. She also insisted on sending us a free laptop backpack, even after I refused and explained that I felt the replacement screws were enough. She'd already sent the laptop bag and was just very pleasant to deal with. In the end, we knew what we were signing up for. The chairs are inexpensive, simple in design, and easy to put together. It took me maybe 10 minutes to assemble the three chairs, including glossing over the assembly instructions to ensure I didn't make a silly error. At this early stage, I'd definitely recommend the chairs if you need something simple, affordable, and stealth in appearance. I am very pleased with Aingoo's customer service and thus have to give a bit of extra recommendation for these chairs due to the way we were treated when a snafu arose. ... show more

We've had these chairs for about a month. Pretty easy assembly. They're sturdy. We like them a lot. No problems with them so far. Very happy! EDIT: It's been a year now, we've used them every single day, and they're still great! They're still sturdy as ever and look good. We don't have any pets or children, so your mileage may vary. But we've spilled all kinds of food and drink on them and nothing's stained or ripped. If you're on a budget and need 4 chairs, I highly recommend these! ... show more

I was hesitant to get these because they seemed too cheap. For ~$25/chair I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Easy to put together, and from what I can tell they're really sturdy chairs considering how lightweight they are. Not the most comfortable, but they're more comfortable than I expected. It's not like these chairs were meant to be sat on for 8hrs/day. Would highly recommend these chairs. Should last a lifetime if you don't abuse them. Also A+ service form the seller Aingoo. One of the parts in the two sets I ordered (8 chairs total) had a minor manufacturing defect that made it impossible to assemble. Messaged them after business hours via amazon, they responded the same night with a solution that resolved the issue (and I ended up with a few spare parts too). Didn't need to pull teeth to get a solution. Absolutely no complaints. ... show more

    • Poorly made! Returns is difficult despite filing claim! Definitely not worth it!
Price point is the attraction for this set of dining chairs. Package arrived in time. But the ‘mesh type fabric’ On the underside of the seat portion of the chairs is very poorly put together. Only a single line of staples holding it in place. Many of them were already ripped loose when we unboxed them! Returns is another headache. USPS surface mail - and costs most than the set of chairs to send back! Tracking number has been provided to the seller. But despite the claim that we should hear back in 3-5 business days, we are still waiting! Thumbs down on this product & seller for sure. ... show more

    • DO NOT BUY FOR CHILDREN TO SIT ON,NOT STURDY.
First off let me say you get what you pay for.screws poke straight through to leather on seat ,so buyer might want to buy a washer thing to put on screw.i would not allow young children to sit in these as they are not that stable and they tip over easy.i already put these together so not going to bother sending back,but I will make a trip to my local furniture store.Very poorly made chairs in my opinion.I buy a lot from amazon and have barely ever had a complaint,but I wanted to let people with small children to beware of this item. ... show more
