It's a great big background sheet that is sufficiently opaque without bouncing light all over the place. It can be hung very easily to a backdrop rod, and of course it can be folded away when not in use. The only problem with that is that it arrives fully folded which takes a portable steamer to undo.

The fabric is a nice weight and pretty opaque. As others have mentioned, it arrived folded with creases that don’t want to come out. I tried someone’s suggestion to throw it in a dryer with a damp towel, but even with that treatment the creases persisted. I’ve been hanging it for a while and that seems to be helpful. A fussy person would definitely want to iron this thing.

Love this product!! (be aware, it is folded tight and has lots of wrinkles) It took me 45 min. with my steam iron and ironing board to steam out all the fold lines and wrinkles. But sooo well worth the time and the purchase price!! It really is a beautiful, quality photo backdrop! Very pleased with purchase!!!
