I recently purchased the Neon Rope Lights, and I have to say, they've added a whole new dimension to my home decor. Here's my in-depth review: Ease of Installation: Installing these lights was a breeze. They came neatly packaged with clear instructions. I was able to cut them to the perfect length for my needs without any issues. User-Friendly App: The accompanying app took a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty straightforward. It's an essential part of the experience, allowing you to control the lights with ease. Packaging Surprise: One thing that caught me off guard was that I ordered two 50ft rope lights, and they arrived in different packaging, each with a different remote control. Initially, this seemed like an inconvenience, but it turned out not to be a deal-breaker for me since I was primarily using the app for control. Connectivity: I initially expected these lights to connect to everyone's phone in my house seamlessly. Unfortunately, they didn't meet this expectation, which was one of my requirements. However, I decided to stick with the app, so it wasn't a significant issue for me. Scheduled Lighting: One of the standout features of these Neon Rope Lights is the ability to set up schedules. I have my lights set to turn on and off automatically, and it works like a charm. My only wish is that there was an option to set up a second schedule, perhaps for the weekends with different times. We are enjoying the neon rope light to add a bit of flare to our desk as it feels very durable yet is pliable and able to be maneuvered around right 90 corners. This adhered well to double sided tape and to the connectors they included. The remote control works well as long as you have line of sight with the receiver which is attached near the plug at the beginning of the lights. The colors are vibrant and awesome. The app is all right, but lack some features. I really like the lights however it does not have any adhesive on the back to apply them to anything. I did try buying some 3M double-sided tape, but it does not stick well because of the coding on the back of the strip lighting, so they fell down and did not stick. If this would have a adhesive on the back of the strip lighting, I would definitely recommend these. ... show more
