I needed smaller cups in a pinch and bought these. I have sublimated lots of tumblers. Are used the same printer and the same ink and the same paper that I use for all of my tumblers. These came out so late and not at all vibrant. I had to throw them out because I was not going to sell these to my customers. Aside from that, they did come in boxes but each of the boxes were taped to each other with thick packing tape, making it impossible to salvage them. The media could not be loaded. These are not for sublimation. I followed the instructions they came out burnt, I change the setting on my printer nothing, I even changed my paper. I went through all of that just for my teacher to tell me these tumblers are not for sublimation. I return what I had left after messing up so many times. I order a lot cause I just knew I would have some lovely tumblers for our school festival. Not a big waste if money. Called Amazon for a refund and they gave me a very hard time. these cup's side walls are very thin. I put coffee in one and the heat comes through the sides making it very warm to hold. The insulation value is low. I did leave my coffee in this mug for a couple hours as a test and it was still a little bit warm to my surprise. However the construction of the cup is very good. If you are just looking for a ready to use travel mug, as I, and you're not looking for a long term hot or cold container this cup will be ok ... show more

I know the dimensions were listed but only seem useful for kids. I used my mug press instead of wraps so I can't say how that works. I'm also disappointed the boxes were too small to hold finished mug with the straw. That makes no sense. Also, they were taped so tightly the boxes were torn in the process of opening. Aiheart has the best sublimation cups! I've ordered 3 different times now! Does Aiheart have more sublimation blanks?? Compared to other seller Aiheart beats them all! The individual box could be better the tape ruins them but thats not even a real complaint. OVER ALL ILL BE BUYING AGAIN!!!
