I havethem under my Espresso Machine, Nugget Ice Maker, Ninja Foodi, and blender. I am unsure if I want to keep on blender as you have to hold blender in place or else it will shift a bit. I am unsure what the white other sticky piece is and checked other reviews to see what / if used but I just threw them in the junk drawer and forgot about them until now.

Could be made a bit more higher in height,. to be higher then the pots original rubber tabs. I had to remove the three rubber tabs. Then the pot would slide easy on our quarts counter top. The tabs were very, very hard to pull out of their socket hole. almost gave up. I was going to return slider but I gave it a " Big Bad John "tug one more try.
