I bought this to keep my new mini pc cool. It does a great job and it's easy to turn on and adjust the fan volume. The color options add a nice whimsy that I can adjust to my mood. I plan to purchase again to replace other cooling pads I use on my laptops when/if they conk out on me.

Can't use due to missing usb cable to power fans. Editing my review since I found an old spare usb-a to usb-a I had in a desk drawer, the cooling pad works well, just check to make sure the one that is supposed to be provided is in the box. Second Edit : Customer service is excellent and will be sending the usb cable. Pros - Cooling fan is quiet even at full speed which is nice and keeps my laptop cool enough that I do not notice any thermal throttling of the GPU or CPU when gaming. Also the adjustable height has several settings which makes it comfortable to use in various scenarios. Cons - LED lighting resets every time the unit is powered off, memory of last setting would be nice, also better control over lighting would be nice as well. Overall a good cooling pad.

This is the 3rd laptop cooler I have tried this month and by far the best! The others were 20 and 28 degrees warmer, respectively than the one I was trying to replace. The one I replaced was at 59 degrees and this one is at 53 degrees, so a win win! The fans are in the RIGHT places for my laptop. Love the colors! Highly recommended.

Great cooler. However, after six months of daily use, two of the fans intermittently start to rattle very loudly. The only way to reset the rattling is to tip the cooling pad over and bang it on the desk; it works for a while, but not a great fix. I took it apart once, and it just seems that over time, the fan blades slip down slightly on their posts, which causes unbalancing and then the rattling sound. 3/5 because it's great outside of all the reasons why it's not lol.
