An amazing value. These PPBP Wireless Earbuds that work via Bluetooth are fantastic. They are physically small and fit well in my ears. I found if I set them in my ear and gave them a slight turn that they would find a fairly good and secure fit. I can wear mine without worry of falling out while cooking, walking, at lunch, and while in the office. Any more vigorous activity and I think it would be wise to use a pair of over ear earbuds but these work well. The sound is adequate for earbuds and while listening to audio books or podcasts I thought the sound was perfectly adequate. I also liked that they allowed for control of the volume, and other functions, from the earbuds via soft touch. That allows one to keep their phone out of their hands for things like raising/lowering volume, call muting, skip and reverse chapter control, and answering calls. The case and the earbuds appear well constructed. They do caution users to close the lid of the charger about 1x per day and my conjecture is partly because the hinge of the earbuds is perhaps a weak link in an otherwise really great set of earbuds. The charger uses a USB-C connection and a short charging cable is included. The batteries were charged to about 85% when I got the device, the charging outlines and usage outlines were all rather straight-forward and common sense. In addition, any items that were unclear were clarified in the manual, which is also very good. The kit also includes three silicone ear 'caps' (small, medium, and large). I removed the mid-sized ones and put in the smallest ones and that made a very big difference in how they stayed in my ears. Changing the silicone is rather easy and I've included photo of the plastic 'lip' edge that holds the silicone cap in place and that one has to lift (I used a fingernail) the cap over that edge to remove them. It was quite easy to do. My unit arrived with the earbuds fully charged and the battery charged to about 85%. It takes roughly 2 minutes per percent to charge so my charger and battery were fully charged after about 30 minutes of receiving them. I also found they had no issue with ‘phasing’ nor did they suffer any ‘drop out’ while connected. I can easily recommend these and give them a 5 out of 5 star review without reservation. I'm judging these on the "bang for your buck" bell curve. This is why I'm giving them the high rating I did. If you compared these to Bose, of course the Bose would sound better. However, these sound great. Impressive bass without getting slappy, very clean mids and highs. I've listened to a variety of music and also podcasts and can say these are clean all the way around. I love the case with the battery monitor on it. My usual EDC earbuds don't have this feature. Of they alway announce "battery full," when I use them because the battery in the bud is full, but I don't have a clue what the state of the case battery is. This will tell me both. I have small ear canals and these are very comfortable using the smallest size. These have the touch controls, and I've included a picture of the controls for those who like that style. I personally don't use them as I always tap something wrong and end up having to pull out my phone to fix it, so I'm happy to report that because of the shape of the earbud housing, I have never accidently accessed the touch control feature. As for battery life, I can't tell you how long it lasts as I haven't managed to run down the battery yet after a week or so of carrying them with me. Another thing - I really appreciate the lack of corners on the carrying case. It makes them so much easier to carry them in my pocket with other things such as keys and wallet.     • Very good earbuds for the price. Make sure you charge the case fully before first use
I got these earbuds as a cheap alternative to my more expensive ones so I could use it during activities like biking, where there is a chance of losing them without feeling too bad. At first use, I did not charge the case fully because it already says 100%, however, the charge percentage drops quickly this way. After fully charging the case, the case was able to charge the earbuds without dropping in percentage. So, remember to charge the case fully before first use. After I charged the earbuds, I gave them a nice long try and here is what I noticed. They are slightly lighter than most of my other earbuds, so they stay in my ears better. They feel a bit more secure in my ears for exercising, so that is good. I don't feel like they would drop off any second. They also isolate ambient sounds better, which can be good or bad depending on the activity. I was going to use these while bicycling, but I think it would be safer to continue to use my more traditional ones for that because I can hear sounds of traffic better. For these, I would be comfortable using while working out in the gym or while doing yardwork. As for the sound quality, they are ok. Sounds are slightly more "tinny" but not to the extent where it bothers me. I just did over an hour of yardwork while wearing these to listen to an audio book and they are comfortable throughout the duration that I wore them. Considering their price, I think these are very nice earbuds. The digital display of power remaining and charging indicator is awesome, I really love that feature. Oh, and pairing with my iphone is super quick and simple. No difficulties whatsoever. ... show more
