I was looking for a bookcase that wouldnt take up so much room like a conventional bookcase and when I saw this rotating one, I just had to try it. It was very easy to build by one person. Seems sturdy. And looks great! No issues assembling with mismatched holes or anything and the turning component works as it should. Definitely worth the money! I will be getting another one as it didnt fit all my books. I would say depending on size it will fit about 200. Also the shelf parts are pretty narrow in length so if you have a longer book besides a normal hardback/paperback, it will stick out awkwardly. Its about 5 feet tall as well. ... show more

    • Sturdy shelves that rotate
I am using these shelves to organize paper crafting supplies for scrapbooking and card making. The box was easy to move so I didn't need open it to make several trips to the basement where it was set up and used. The directions were clear AND they instruct not to tighten bolts until it is totally together. I recommend you follow the directions on that as well. I did put this together myself and finished in a couple hours. Not hard nor complicated. Still in the process of organizing and loading the shelves, I find the shelves to be a great choice. Great bookshelf. Works perfect for what I was looking for. Easy to assemble. Definitely faster with two people to stabilize. Keep in mind that it rotates when thinking of space it will use as well as some books will hang off a little.
