We have 3 of these for my wife's reading room and would add 3 more if we had the space. She has a lot of books and the shelves make it easy to organize and find her books. The 2nd and 3rd went together quickly (20 minutes or so) once I learned my lessons from the 1st one. Don't peel off the stickers until you're done because you will need to know the difference between the top and bottom when looking at the directions. Also, do not tighten everything all the way until the end. It is easier to adjust and align and easier to fix a mistake of you accidentally put something in the wrong place. I used a electric screwdriver on the 2nd and 3rd and it saved a ton of time but set it on slow and the lowest torque setting so it will not crunch the metal.

I looked at a lot of rotating shelves before I landed on this one. It hasn't disappointed! Very sturdy and had ample room for books. We have very little space in our boys room for books, and we were able to fit this in a small corner behind their door. It works great!

The instructions are a little confusing, They don't say anything about the cross metal poles until the end when they don't fit. Had to loosen all screws to add them in after scratching the inside trying to force them in. Also does not hold 300 books as advertised. Used for Kids books and fit maybe 150-175 if your lucky. It does get a little harder to turn once filled with books but does turn. Looks great and will serve it's purpose.

The bookshelf itself is actually very nice. I don't know about it holding up to 300 books but it was able to hold 150 of mine, which were in a wide variety of sizes. The shelving is very sturdy and the rotating design has been great for space. I will say that putting it together was challenging. The instructions recommend two people assembling it and it definitely would've been easier having a second person to help but I did manage on my own. You also got to pay very close attention to detail in the pictures when putting it together.

I don’t normally write Amazon reviews but I was pretty impressed by this bookshelf and would recommend. I scoured and researched many rotating bookshelves but I liked the square cubes (versus the many round ones I saw). It was very easy to self assemble (although the instruction manual recommends 2 people). It took about 1 hour to put together for me. It fits about roughly 160 manga volumes (or skinny books) - could be more if you’re strategic and display less knickknacks. The metal rods are also magnetic by the way so you can stick magnets too.
