Cons - the only thing I have negative to say is the light strip that goes on the two open shelves on the left and right suck they are not bright and have a terrible color range so I would honestly recommend buying lights for the open end shelves however the lights for the fire place are great!

The media could not be loaded. I love it . The instructions were easy to follow for set up. It blows hot and cold air . It came with crystals to place at the bottom of the glass for cosmetic appeal. Well functioning product. Looks great. The light is bright but not to bright it’s the perfect ambiance glow.

It is beautiful! Looks just like picture! Only down side is putting it together but it’s simple! I put it together and was very impressed by the instructions and labeling of the pieces! Not only that, but the heater on the fireplace warms up my whole house in a matter of minutes! I just wish it was a little longer and wider cause my 80’ TV sits on the ends of stand. Overall, it is worth the money!

When it arrives it is very heavy and we needed to take it up some stairs. If you take all the pieces out of the box it is much easier to take the pieces where it will be setup. It took 2 of us about an hour to put together. It is beautiful and very sturdy. Easily a 5 out of 5.

This tv stand looks and works amazing in my living room. The fireplace is quiet and works really well. I forgot I had turned off the heat in my house and left the fireplace on and it was able to heat my whole house…it didn’t run constantly to do so but the fact it was able to is amazing.

This was an easy assembly. I consider myself to be an advanced assembler when it comes to products as I e put so many things together. The instructions are picture focused which is fine. The only thing to really pay attention to is which is your front and back. It does not indicate and this is important when you get to installing the side cabinets. The shelf has a finished front and unfinished back. If you put it in wrong the unfinished side will be showing and you have to take the whole thing apart to fix it. I knew this (from past experiences) so I made sure before screwing in the shelf that it was facing the correction orientation. The top piece advises two people required but I am a single mom to a teen who was knee deep in a video game so help was unavailable- which since this was HIS tv stand you would think he could have assisted…but I digress The top can be put on alone. It’s not heavy but you have to line up all the pins to anchor it in place. It took no time by myself. The fire insert was easy to figure out. You do have to remove the glass but this is held in place by two screws and a bracket hook. It was relatively easy to remove and put back. Boxes arrived separately so I got the insert first and a few days later the stand arrived. The stand is very heavy and I needed to bring it up to the third floor of my house where my son’s room is so I took it out in pieces and carried it up. Even with two people it was far too heavy. This took more trips but saved my back 100% After assembled I freaked for a moment when the unit wouldn’t turn on…read all the directions, there is a master switch on the front of the insert, once turned on the remote worked fine. My son is super happy with it in his room. We don’t have his tv on it but mounted to the wall but there is generous room for a tv. He has his sound bar and PlayStation on the top and the Xbox fits perfect on the shelf still allowing for generous airflow so it won’t overheat. Very pleased with the outcome.

UPDATE: After posting my review the seller directly reached out and was able to send the second box i needed to replace the broken fireplace part. Their response and problem solve was quick and friendly, and they confirmed when i spoke with customer service before, it was the Amazon general customer service and not theirs. I appreciate how quickly they responded and how fast the item arrived. my fireplace stand is sitting pretty, cozy, and good as new. Love my fireplace stand now that it works!!! ORIGINAL (2 Stars): The TV stand is really nice and sturdy. It comes in two boxes. 1. The stand 2. The fireplace. The only issue was the fireplace part isnt working after 4 days. I reached out to see if we could get a replacement of the second box of the fireplace. They said we could only return the whole stand or get a 5-20% discount. After putting a sturdy stand together its kind of a pain to take apart and return. We dont want to return the stand, we really like it… we just wanted a replacement on the fireplace defect. I looked up replacements for the fireplace part and its the price of the whole stand soooo it was kind of a jip and disappointment.

This is the best product I have bought off Amazon in a while. Came in two separate boxs shelving was first. Fireplace insert the next day. It is made of good quality material.Follow instructions. Don't use power tools it is a smooth process to put together. Finish look is amazing. Yes it does blow heat i recommend this product for sure.
