I've used it now a number of times and it's good and strong. The only problem I have with it is the wheels are loose and wobble. I couldn't tighten them down anymore.

When the 'cart' arrived, the box had been broken and the nuts and bolts were missing. The UPS driver said that the box got wet and fell apart. I contacted the company and they were very prompt, replacing the missing pieces. Such a pleasure to work with! The cart was a bit difficult to put together as I couldn't identify exactly which bolts I was to use. It's a very sturdy cart. Wish the back gate was larger, up to the top of the railing but that's the only thing I'd suggest. A very nice cart that I've already put it to good use, saving me hours of work with how nice and large this cart is vs the smaller cart that came with my John Deere riding mower. I didn't want to spend the $$$ but I'd do it again in a heartbeat considering how much it holds and how easy is is to maneuver. Thank you for a great product! ... show more

I purchased the trailer about a year ago. Had issues with the Wheel bearings. Emailed customer service and they replaced the entire wheels and wheel bearings with brand new ones no questions asked within the week.
