Arrived in a timely fashion, in good order, found it to be well packaged. Had no problem matching parts up with diagram, then put washers and nuts to bolts, so as I grabbed each one, it was ready to go. I'm a retired USCG aviation maintenance technician, I found the instructions were simple to follow - assembly was easy, took about 1.5 hrs at a relaxed pace. Yes, (4) wrenches, (1) 3/8" drive ratchet, (4) sockets - no fuss, no muss. Install all hardware per step loose at first then tighten after all are in place. I did replace the 45° grease fittings with 90°'s, adjusted that I can get at them more easily with a grease gun. Those "bearings" are actually bushings, so yes, they need a thin coat of grease before install, then the cavity between axle / axle housing needs to be filled with grease via the fitting. The only issue I have is that the description in Amazon has 700 lb and 500 lb capacity listed - so, which one is it? 500, as per the instructions. Robust and solid, this unit will serve well.

Took me about 1 hour to assemble this cart, and about 30 minutes to unpack the parts, sort them all out via the assembly instructions, and organise my tools, before assembly. everything is pretty easy to put together, but I do suggest putting on the wheels on the frame before attaching the bed. When attaching the bed, finger tighten the bolts and nuts, then tip the trailer on its side to tighten, also if you can get a helper, that is the only real time where they can really assist! Tighten the two back sets of fasteners before finishing with the front pair, which are slightly smaller. I wound up with two extra washers, but that is it. The frame is good, heavier than I expected and the paint is superior. This is the largest dump wagon under $400 on the market, I like that it swivels and dumps. Will be excellent for hauling compost, gravel, and firewood with my small Kubota 4x4 machine, and will easily attach via the pin connector to the crossbar of my 3 point hitch. No missing parts! When the container arrived, one end of the box was broken open, but due to the way it was packed, no parts were missing! I am a 75 year old man and I work slow, but steady. No real challenge to its assembly. Glad I bought this one instead of the metal boxed alternative. I also like the wide stance or wheelbase on this cart.

I received my Agri-Fab Dump Cart a little over a week after ordering, excited to assemble it and get working on the yard. The first thing I noticed was the damaged box, lid torn open like a can of sardines, but upon opening, it appeared okay. Further inspection (taking it out of the box) proved otherwise. There wasn't a piece of metal that wasn't bent, dinged, or crushed. I can't imagine how many times this must have been dropped during shipping. Picture a paper airplane. Or better yet, make one real quick. Now throw it against the wall. Look at the nose of the plane. That's how the corners of the cart pieces were: wrinkled points. Whole sides were bent. I was more than disappointed because I didn't want to go through the hassle of sending it back (I would have had to get a new box, anyway). It's summer. I don't have time for a return and reorder. I need to use this. So I broke out my rubber mallet and pliers, cushioning them with a rag (so as not to add any NEW scratches), and started bending everything back to where it belonged. I fixed it the best I could, but bolt holes were difficult to match up because of all the bends. It was a pain in the butt. There was one piece labeled #2, the left rear angle. One of the early steps tells you to put it on. Then the next step tells you to put on two other pieces, also labeled #2. There were NOT three #2's, and what they really meant was part #6. It took me awhile to figure that out, mainly by process of elimination and where the parts went. At the end, they also tell you to use Nut G. By this point in the process, there were no more Nut G's. You really needed Nut F, which there were three left, so that worked out okay. Parts of the cart were not spray-painted completely, and an unpainted line runs the entire length of the underside of the cart. The underside of the lip was also missed in the painting. I gave this four stars because essentially, it seems to be a decent cart. After assembly, it all came together well, but it should NOT have been up to me to fix a brand new product before I could use it. I tried to take pictures, but since it is black, the dings and bends didn't show up well. Like I said, I kept it because it would have been too much hassle to send back, and summer is in full-swing. It will work for my needs, but it feels like I paid full-price for a used product. Bubble wrap would be much better in the shipping process. Ultimate customer satisfaction would be a 15% discount credited to my account.

Well Built. Large tires. I like the dump feature. Pulls well behind my riding mower. Was a little bit of a challenge to assemble but I'm pretty handy and was able to figure it out. Instructions could be a bit more specific as it relates to the dump lever install. This unit is light and easy to move around yet holds a lot of payload. So far, no regrets.

When the 'cart' arrived, the box had been broken and the nuts and bolts were missing. The UPS driver said that the box got wet and fell apart. I contacted the company and they were very prompt, replacing the missing pieces. Such a pleasure to work with! The cart was a bit difficult to put together as I couldn't identify exactly which bolts I was to use. It's a very sturdy cart. Wish the back gate was larger, up to the top of the railing but that's the only thing I'd suggest. A very nice cart that I've already put it to good use, saving me hours of work with how nice and large this cart is vs the smaller cart that came with my John Deere riding mower. I didn't want to spend the $$$ but I'd do it again in a heartbeat considering how much it holds and how easy is is to maneuver. Thank you for a great product!

Pretty mid-cart overall, terrible instructions, very little rust prevention considerations, oddball washer sizes for the wheels, one of the wheels I got were definitely assembled incorrectly at the factory or wherever it is assembled. We didn't notice until I started using it more and tube had a leak in it. Had to replace the tube. As much as I like to support a business like Agri-fab that make products in the US this didn't meet my expectations. I feel like they need to improve their quality of the design And better quality control. I mean It's a garden cart, it gets the job done gets a job done and It'll probably last you a few seasons but when comparing it to its competition from Chinese manufacturers like what gorilla cart uses it's a shame. I feel like manufacturers in the United States can do better.

I assembled this car by myself. It was a bit of a challenge, but I didn't get stuck. My one complaint is that the grease fittings on the wheels are cheap and one broke off in my grease gun coupler and I couldn't get it out. Put a LockNLube coupler on my grease gun and threw the coupler with the broken fitting in it away. I sent an email to the vendor asking for a replacement grease fitting, but never heard back. Fortunately, I greased the axle ends before installing the wheels. That should last for a little while until I can get new grease fittings. I do like the cart itself. Wish they would get the wheels some place else.

Holy moly, I never leave reviews but this cart is a serious piece of crap. The poly material tub is incredibly flimsy for its size and the cart sounds like it’s going to rattle into pieces when I pull it around. One wheel didn't in the axle with the washer and cotter pin so I had to leave one washer off to fit the wheel. The handle barely latches so the dump feature comes unlatched when driving. For $370 this is absolute highway robbery in broad daylight.
