It gives you more online flexibility than a traditional basic phone while keeping physical-key operation simple. Cloud services use mobile data or WiFi and may vary by region, account or service availability
  • BUILT FOR ROUGH DAYS | AGM M11 is made for work sites, camping, travel, vehicles and everyday backup use. Its IP68/IP69K water and dust resistance plus MIL-STD-810H rugged construction help it handle drops, rain, dirt and demanding conditions. A practical choice when you want a tough 4G phone that can go where delicate smartphones may not, day after day
  • SHARE YOUR CONNECTION | Turn M11 into a portable 4G WiFi hotspot and mini router, sharing mobile data with up to 8 devices including laptops, tablets and phones. It is useful for travel, field work, temporary internet or keeping another device online away from regular WiFi. Hotspot service requires a compatible active SIM and data plan; US version is for T-Mobile only
  • POWER MADE PRACTICAL | The removable 4000mAh battery is built for longer days and can be swapped when needed. M11 also supports 5V/1A wired D2D charging for topping up another device in a pinch. Its 2-in-1 USB-C charging cable doubles as a carrying lanyard, so the cable stays attached to the phone and ready for charging, travel or outdoor use daily

Lots of glitches, but great on battery life and call quality
The phone is a brick, but durable! I bought it to get off my smartphone (I use the hot spot for my hotspot to grocery shop and listen to music). It's horrible to be on, so it's doing it's job! But here's the annoyances for those seeking this as a primary phone. The phone can't receive group text messages, and I can't tell If it's a group message. If you reply to a group message, it goes directly to the the one message you select to reply to. Also, the inbox fills up so quickly and you have to delete at 200 messages. Wouldn't be bad if I didn't get a text from a number "128" that I can't delete or open unless I clear my inbox. I guess it's a glitch with people sending me MMS texts. The hot spot is great & call quality is excellent. Works excellent with T-Mobile. Doesn't do well on internet, so I leave that off and use data. My text message time stamps are always wrong. Texting dictionary is rough, but you can add words. T9 is bad, because it doesn't capitalize after a period even on "En" and "Writing". So I've chosen "en" and text in all lowercase versus capitalising the first letter of every word or ALL CAPS. Can't transfer numbers without memory card. Battery life is great, but does drain on hotspot. ... show more

rugged & great quality - wish it was compatible with more services
This is a no frills, basic phone that is very ruggedly designed. I've had several AGM phones, and I've always been satisfied with them. This particular model is mostly for your basic tasks - calling and texting. The phone is not a flip up design which I prefer. The buttons are large, bright, and easy to press. The phone does have a camera, but it is of lower quality than your average smart phone. I do appreciate that it does have a flashlight. Like most AGM phones, the speaker is loud and easy to hear. It does have dual sim capability, but considering it is made for T-Mobile, I don't really see the point in that feature. The battery is 4,000 mAh and removable. Considering this only has basic functions, battery life lasts a long time. As an added bonus, the phone is capable of reverse charging (functioning as a power bank). It has an onboard cord for that feature which is advertised as being a carrying hook as well; however, I will not be using it in that way in fear of damaging the cord. The phone is designed for rugged use. It is drop proof, shock proof, and water proof. It also has hotspot capability which is an added bonus. All in all, this phone is thoughtfully designed for the minimalist, outdoorsman, or even an elderly person. ... show more
