I enjoyed using the kick board in the swimming pool for exercise. It will be good to find different ways to use it. Unfortunately, the kick board was slightly damaged when it arrived, which was disappointing. However, it was still possible to use it.

My 2yo uses a similar one in swim class so we bought this for her to use at home. She particularly didn’t like it but our 3 yr old neighbor who has no swim training got the hang of it immediately and loves swimming with it, of course with adult supervision.

Kickboard was as described. Love the ability to remove and replace the hand slot pushouts. My daughter is 7 and needs this for practice and it is perfect. Both adult and kid can use.

After having knee surgery working out was limited. My doctor suggested swimming, but it was still difficult to kick while trying to swing. Using the kickboard made my recovery much easier and a great way to stay in shape.
