Scent: Turathi Blue
Another probably not widely known clone or clone with a twist. On open it’s just a blast to the nose of citrus with a sweet grapefruit in the background. If you like citrus then this is definitely right up your alley. As it develops you start to get an amber/ woody note. I’m not sure why but I also get a decent powdery smell as well. Not like a talc powder but something in there that is slightly fresh powdery smelling. It is both clean and refreshing and when it mixes with the citrus holding on through the dry down it is amazing. In the end you start to get some musk and a slight spice. Overall this lasts for a good 8 hours. With solid projection for 2 hours or so on skin. This was a blind buy after hearing it be referenced as a Tygar clone or clone with a twist on YouTube. I am very glad that I did take the chance and hope it was as good as they all said it was. You can wear this day or night. In the office or not. It’s very versatile and a quality scent overall. It can also lean towards women as well as men. It really doesn’t matter but some women might not want the woody dry down - it’s all up to personal presence. Out of the box this was an amazing grab. Let it chill and mature for a month or so and it becomes a banger of a choice. Especially if it is close enough to the $400 price tag for Tygar.

Another great fragrance from the house of afnan. Opens up with a sweet citrusy Burt and drys down to a nice masculine tone/musk. Last about 6 hours on skin and was smooth, clean, and most of all fresh. Definitely a great summer daily driver.

Scent: Turathi Blue
The pros: 1. VERY potent. Seriously, spray this sparingly or you will give yourself and everyone around you a headache. 2. Doesn't smell "basic" because it's not a very "western" scent profile so you will stand out from other people using popular designer fragrance. 3. The base notes that settle on your skin are lovely. Sweet amber combined with spiciness and a subtle musk for longevity. All are intoxicating together. 4. Great price for the potency and smell. Cons: 1. Since it's not traditional western scent, some people flat out will not like it. If you don't like incense or other intensely aromatic things, you will HATE this so don't bother. 2. If you over spray, it will give you and everyone in a ten foot radius a headache. Be very light. And DONT spray this on your clothes or its never coming out until you wash them. 3. I wouldn't consider this an every day whear for a lot of the reasons I've already said. Too potent and different isn't great for the office unless you're into that type of thing.

I have a collection of over 150 bottles of cologne and this cologne.....I'm very happy to say makes it in my top 5 of my most liked colognes. This cologne is just very easy to wear or effortlessly smelling good without screaming for the attention. It has this beautiful grapefruit citrus note on the top and then just warms up to this creamy ,smooth , citrusy orange with some light spices just making it super pleasing and as I said just so so easy to wear. When I wear cologne I think of colors, for example Dior Home Intense makes me wanna wear a black cashmere quarter zip sweater and this one reminds me of wanting to wear my white casual Untuckit dress shirt with sleeves rolled up and a nice pair of slacks or shorts depending the season because I feel Turathi Blue could be worn year round. This in my opinion is a very easy blind buy worthy cologne and lives up to all the attention and hype it recieves on Tik Toc and YouTube .. just love this cologne !!

Arrived with several tiny cracks below the atomizer. From someone who prides themselves in collecting fragrances, I hate when I receive bottles that aren’t 100% free of damage. It drives me up the wall. They aren’t the most noticeable thing, but it still bothers me nonetheless. I doubt this was Amazon’s fault as it was packaged well, but it’s still bothersome as I’m someone who not only collects, I curate. On to the scent…I’ve never smelled Tygar, but this is a fantastic freshie. Can’t wait to start using it in the warmer months after it’s had some time to macerate. I’ve also heard that it smells like Blue de Channel, but I gotta tell you I’m not in agreement with that. I’m not a big fan of BDC overall anyway. If you’re a fan of Tygar, and this Turathi is even 75% of what it’s like, I’m sure you’ll be a fan.

I purchased this cologne, Afnan Turathi Blue, as a blind buy based on all the positive reviews on Amazon and YouTube. I wasn't disappointed. It is a pleasant and versatile scent that can be worn in various settings (formal and informal), smells great without being overpowering, a perfect work fragrance. It has a pleasing lingering citrusy note with a touch of sophistication, from the opening, which is "grapefruity", to the dry down. Some compare it to Bvlgari Tygar, which I get. The projection and sillage is decent and lasts a good 6-8 hours, a little longer on clothes. Very happy with this purchase.
