Works perfectly in our 2023 Silverado! We won't have to worry about engine damage from the manufacturer's flaw that drops the engine to 4 cylinders when coasting or in cruise control mode. Chevy built these motors to save you a lot of gas, but over time, they cause damage to the motor, and it costs us over $2000 in repairs. But now, thanks to our mechanic who told me about this device, we won't have the same problem with the Silverado as we did with the 2017 Tahoe. They both have the same motor. Our Silverado doesn't have a 10-speed trans, so this AFM/DFM works on the 2023. I have a different DFM in the 2017 Tahoe. Do you research before buying anything else.

Started having issues with the DOD AFM giving me a rough idle and acceleration. Plugged in and tested over the weekend, all shudders are gone and is running great! For 58 dollars is well worth it. At least I will avoid cam and lifter issues for now. time will tell.
