The thong was a little uncomfortable between my toes at first. After a day of wearing them it went away and I never noticed it again. The soles are very comfy, and that's coming from someone who requires arch support. There is mire than adequate arch support. Was hoping these sandals leaned more on the fashion side, but they are really more for the beach vibe. Still very nice and can be styled any way, really. Got mine in the Flumen Red, size 7, and I normally wear 6.5. It does seem to run small as some other reviews suggested. You should definitely size up.😉

I live in flip flops year round and have always had back pain after wearing any brand, up until I found these. I walk well over 10k steps daily, walk on uneven services, and routinely am exposed to water at some point throughout the day. My feet never hurt in these, my back pain is completely gone, and they are my go-to shoe for everything. The strap is a tad snug in the beginning but loosens up to a comfortable pressure after a few wears. Definitely recommended getting these!

This is my fourth pair now that I bought just a FYI I have very thick arches and on my feet and lose this sandals are the only ones that help me with my bone spurs and my other problems with my ankles but just to let you know for other women that have the same problem these don't last more than a year and I was looking at my previous orders and it's about a year but I do have to buy these at least once a year so they don't last for years and years and years don't let people tell you that if you have problems with your ankles and need arch support for your feet you're going to have to buy another pair within a year they're not going to last forever if you have problems with your ankles like I do for thicker women
