These are great for plantar fasciitis! I ordered my exact size, but could perhaps go up a size. They are made in Thailand. They stretch after a while, so I can get my foot in easier and they are very comfortable. I have been walking in them for a few days and my feet aren't sore, my back isn't sore and the space between my big toe and other toes is not sore. These are very comfortable and easy to walk in! Best arch support that I have ever experienced in a flip flop. I like the color too. I would recommend these for anyone with a 'normal' size foot. If your feet are bloated or very large, you probably would not like these. Overall I am quite happy and might even order another color. I bought these on a lightning deal, so the price was good, but I think the normal price is a bit much for a flip flop--even an 'orthotic' one. They appear quite durable, but since I've only had them a few days, I honestly cannot comment on it.

I usually wear a 9.5 to 10, sometimes wide (my 10M Clarks Cloudsteppers fit me great), I bought the 40 and I can wear them if my feet are not swollen at all. They are decent quality and arch support is good, so far but have only worn them maybe 3 times outside the house. I should have returned them. I would say if you have narrow to medium width feet these would work out for you.

Only giving it 4 stars because I feel like there needs to be better arch support. I don’t have high arches so it seems like there should be better support as my arches hurt after wearing all day. Other than that, great sandals! I wear them almost every day for the last several months. They are 100% waterproof, extremely comfortable and seem well made. No slipping on wet surfaces or anything. But when my arches need the most support, it’s back to my Birkenstocks.
