Description

The Viagrow Clone 24 machine is designed to clone plants faster than and easier than traditional methods. The Viagrow Clone 24 machine uses an aeroponic misting system which sprays the cuttings encouraging and promoting fast root development. The Viagrow clone 24 comes with reservoir, 24 site lid which includes a no leak cord port and air hose port should you wish to aerate the reservoir with an air stone and air pump (air stone and air pump not included and not necessarily recommended), 25 multi colored neoprene collars, clone pump with internal filter for no clog operation, clone manifold with 360° misters. Simply dip your cuttings into the cloning gel of your choice and insert the cuttings into the neoprene collars. Add 15 mil of the cloning solution of your choice to the reservoir with 2 Gal. of water, plug the clone machine in and watch for the first signs of roots to appear. Once your cuttings have rooted, transplant the clones into any desirable grow substrate. The Viagrow 24 clone machine is easy to assemble and easy to use. For best results, use with the ViaVolt T5 HO grow light fixtures. Mount grow light fixtures eight to 12 in. above the clone machine.

It's as easy to use as the ezclone system which I own. It definitely does the job but here is where I have issues. 1. The base is not very thick but its sturdy enough. 2. The top is not sturdy. It is as thick as the plastic on the plane springs bottles. 3. The thing I dislike about this system is that the holes are bigger than the plugs so the plants tend to fall over because, unlike the enclose, the hole does not hold the plug in place. 4. The hole for the power cord is a leak point. If the lip was higher and the slot for the cord wasn't tall then it wouldn't leak. Now that being said, I would rate it a 4 out of 5 because for the price those can be worked around. (This is for the 24 site) ... show more

I am an experienced grower and cloning is one of my core skills. I have 7+ years of hands on experience with soil and hydroponics but aeroponics was pretty new to me. So when I bought this at first I was not sure what to expect but it went surprisingly well! It's a very clean and straightforward way to make clones. And boy do the roots bust out! Two important tips to take into account are 1: PH balance is critical to maintain! I admit, the first few weeks I was a bit neglectful when it came to checking ph balance. And when I add in nutrients the ph would often go down into the acid range over some time. So daily ph check ups are a good idea. 2: using a timer and clonex cloning solutions helps gets things going smoothly. I HAVE ALSO FOUND THAT YOU CAN GERMINATE SEEDS IN THIS! It's amazing how simple it is. Why no 5 stars you ask? Well my only issues are as follows. 1: The top cover that holds the clones and foam are made of a thin and very flexible plastic. I think it would be better with a much more sturdy top. But it's not a deal breaker. 2: it's a bit pricey. After receiving the machine I quickly realized how simple it would be to make something like this out of a storage container. The only thing that should be expensive (but not over 40 bucks) is the water pump and manafold. So my suggestion to viagrow is to consider dropping the price down. Because this product is truly not worth 70 dollars, even if I do love it! ... show more

I have no complaints.. The pump is perfect for this operation, the extra thick screen helps prevent roots from clotting the motor, the spray works well, hits all the sites and potential clones, cloned multiple plant species, including tomato’s.. wonderful.. I’m not sure it lacks anything.. no complaints.. been using it for about a month or more in continuous operation.. I have had no problems.. Would love to know where I can replace the pump if that ever became an issue.. or replacement parts.. but for the foreseeable future probably won’t be needing any.. everything seems well made, well thought out.. it’s not 100% perfect, but no one, nothing is.. I think for the price and everything considered this a great product.. Hoping that so many will be sold the price can come down just slightly.. but I’m not complaining.. just poor.. I think it was well worth the money considering how much easier it is to take viable clones that won’t die during the process.. I just stuck some of my left over cloning powder in the reservoir.. but honestly I think just water might do okay, given how well the aeroponics does at keeping cuttings alive.. Probably a good way to take 100% organic clones.. Never tried it personally, but I would gauge just by the feel of everything, it could easily root all your clones totally free of any hormones or anything.. I was happy enough with this machine that I ordered a second one just like it. I've cloned so many different types of plants in this machine: flowers, herbs, vines, and even trees. It can take up to 2 weeks if you have a stem that is very woody. Greener stems are best. I add a couple of pinches of white willow bark to a tea bag and tie it onto one of the neoprenes. I use a timer I got on Amazon to set the cloner to 15 minutes on and 15 minutes off. When my room is cold in the winter, I add a heating mat under the clone machine (I have it cycle off & on using the same timer I use for the cloning machine.) I have latex allergy and respond the same to most neoprene- as I did with this... but after a soak and wash I was fine. People say they created cheaper options via DIY and I considered going that route but I decided this was more of a sure shot. ... show more

Product works but you have to be careful the plugs just sit in the holes easy to bump your clone out, and loose all of your water really quick to the floor. Also where the cord comes out of the container tends to direct water out of the reservoir and onto the floor. Almost have to put the cloner in another tote otherwise your gonna clean water up off the floor. But I’ve have produced some awesome clones with this gadget. ... show more
