Starting with my need for a reliable eye health supplement, I chose Advanced EyeCare because of its USDA organic certification and natural ingredients like lutein, zeaxanthin, maqui, goji, and sea buckthorn extracts. After about two weeks of taking one capsule daily, I’ve noticed my eyes feel less dry and strained, especially after long hours of screen time. The price is reasonable, the capsules are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant aftertaste, which is a plus. The combination of lutein and zeaxanthin—which are well-known for supporting macular health—along with antioxidant-rich berry extracts, makes this supplement functionally solid. Since I'm aware of the amount of time I spend on computer work as well as on the smart phone it has become very important to protect, as well as support my vision through a variety of methods. I do use blue blocking settings & glasses, but realized I wasn't supporting & nourishing my eyes themselves the way my eye doctor would like due to problem results on eye examines. I'm happy with the latest eye exami results from two days ago. I feel this supplement helped since I've changed nothing else. The ingredients, after researching them, all seem like heavy hitters for helping many aspects of the aging & wear & tear of our eyes. So I will continue to work with that over the long term. As they suggest I want to be proactive going forward, not just reactive to poor exam results. My eye doctor likes this one, though he's not big on taking supplements for eye health. He sees it's helping. The price is fairly standard it looks like. That's a plus if I want to continue with this particular one or find another. For me there's nothing negative really. They are easy to take along the size of most capsules & I only take one a day. Overall, I can recommend it as a good supplement for the eyes. Plus I personally like organic wherever I can find it.
