I have been using this vest since 2019 and have experienced its pros and cons in its entirety. I primarily use this in my home gym doing weighted pullups. Pros: - simple fitting vest - fits snug with good quality build - very beneficial to workouts Cons: - The fabric can be easily torn - expensive compared to alternative I bought this for $50 in 2019 and it is now $84.
