I wear a helmet on every ride. I want the brain bucket for protection and visibility. I also want it to fit my solar panel, (baldhead) comfortably. This helmet use a very common but effective dial in the back of the sizing headband. Visibility is enhanced not by color but with a multiple-function light in the back. This added with my normal flashing light on the front and back of my pedal bike creates a visual aid for cars zipping by. Sometimes so close you could smack the passenger side the head. Speaking of the head you will not get neck fatigue from the weight of the helmet. It is unusually light when adjusting right. The outer shell will take the abuse and your skull should be left in tack. Unless of course, you are crossing an active train track without looking then all bets are off. My grandson does not like to wear a helmet when he rides his bike but his mom won't let him ride without one. He wears this one because it's comfortable, cool, and easy to adjust. He loved that it has a light on the back of the helmet and I Like that it is rechargeable.

This is my first bike helmet and I love it! Feels great wearing it and is breezy. Wanted a red and black color combo and the build material is of great quality. It has all the regular adjustments that help with any adult size fitting.

It looks like a great product. However when I opened it there were only instructions on how to adjust the helmet, which is good but there were none on how to charge the LED or how to use the light. I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed but I can figure things out but it would have been really good to have something telling you how to do it. I figured it out ... show more
