I put this together by myself and it took a few hours. Instructions were easy to follow. The only issues I have are in the foundation. The pieces that are to hold the wood in place do not snap firmly into the frame. Also, it doesn’t seem there is solid support. I’m probably going to get a piece of plyboard and place it between the mattress and the bed foundation. Other than that, the LED lights and music are pretty cool and it does charge my phone (not the IPhones that have the different charging port- USB only) ... show more

Our teenage daughter loves this bed. It was super easy to put together. I couldn't believe how easy it was. All pre drilled holes and self screws. No packages of 50 million nuts and bolts. Thank you! As far as the lights going out that everyone keeps talking about. The directions are very clear on multiple pages to pay close attention to the wire which goes from the bottom light all the way up to the headboard. You have to be careful to put it down the center without getting sloppy and putting the wire in a danger zone of the rails or mattress smashing it. Duh! If you don't then the wire will get smashed of course and lights will not work without that wire. We had no issues, just took a little more time an we added some more tape to be sure it didn't fall out of place. Sturdiness is good. Does make a little noise if someone too big gets on the bed but not bad. Worth every penny! ... show more

The bed is just as described. My son, that is 16 years old, loves it. Months after purchase, we broke the remote control for the lights. And, the seller went above, and beyond, trying to help us find a solution and they did. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Not bad at all. Thought it would be hard to assemble, but came out easy. I would’ve rated this 5 star if it weren’t for a missing washer that was missing from the bolt pack. Nevertheless it’s a good bed.

Great bed and lights. Do recommend plywood base over the slats if you want to be sure it won't break any boards. Especially with kids jumping and wrestling. But great bed and easy assembly.

Working in customer service I know how important it is for the Customer to be satisfied. I can honestly say I am completely satisfied! After seeing reviews I was hesitant on purchasing this product. However, this is the bed my daughter wanted. So I went ahead and purchased. I read mixed reviews about the lights not working. So I immediately checked them out and they worked. So I went ahead and assembled the bed. All was well until I got to the storage baskets. They didn’t align with the frame/railing and I immediately was like oh no. No one mentioned they had issues with the baskets so maybe I did something wrong. After going back and forth with the instructions I was convinced the baskets were the wrong size and were designed to fit a Queen size bed. So contact customer service and they expedited the correct size and now it all came together nicely. I’m happy and most importantly my daughter is happy.
