Title says it, I'm 5'6" 180 lbs. I got the larges, the elbow pads were way too small. The knee pads were too small. In gave them to a kid in my neighborhood that could use them. He loves them.

I'm 5'2" and 138 lb woman and bought the large. Knee pads and elbow pads are perfect. The helmet is also well-made and adjustable, but without a chin guard, the chin strap is going to press against the top of your throat. I recommend getting better wrist guards. The straps are the right length, but there's not enough velcro on them to secure these to your hands. ... show more
