This review was from a single 1-hour workout. Assembly was relatively easy, but instructions suck; photos were too small and inadequate descriptions. The base is a bit narrow for stability and wobble, but I was on carpet, so that may be a contributing factor. Bench padding is acceptable. The 2 included exercise bands are useless, hardly any tension in them at all and have limited stretch length. I'll use them in the garage for something. The bench is sturdy, but lightweight and folds away easily. Decent budget bench, but keep in mind you get what you pay for. Aside from the exercise bands, this is a recommended product. ... show more

It’s sturdy and has withstood workouts which include standing on the cushion without any issues. This bench was okay for the money, but it is not stable. It can fit in small spaces, and I like that it’s foldable (though I never fold it). It’s not very comfortable. The back portion of the bench is short. The seat is small and moves while I’m lifting. The base is too narrow which makes it unstable. The back base is the same width as the bench.
