It is worth the price IF you and whatever clothing you are wearing are very gentle with it. Mine broke after a few uses - from Pulling my hair (slowly) out from underneath it. The necklace itself is a nice piece of jewelry. Unfortunately, my necklace arrived in a knot and was not secured in within the small plastic bag. A portion of the necklace was dangling from the bag which probably resulted in tangling and knot.

I love this necklace! I never take it off. I shower with it and the color and shine have not changed whatsoever. I thought that because the chain is so thin that I would break it in no time but I've had this for a few months now and I'm pretty rough with it and it's still holding strong.
