Just received. So far it has been useful for helping with strength training post shoulder surgery. Weight accurate. Easy to add weight at ends to make it up to 5 pounds. Has good grip on handled. Ends are covered in plastic, so be careful not to drop them since they may crack.Good price.

My only issue is that two of the additional plates are stuck together and I haven’t been able to separate them. Hopefully my son can help when he’s back in town, but that’s my only complaint.
