Solid material and comfortability. The grips are not as soft as I thought they would be. And the red plastic locks do tend to come loose after a few reps. But they're really good for first-time starters and lightweight lifters to get into a habit.

Overall I like the price per pound got it for a little over one hundred. I like that it has dumbbell, barbell and kettlebell options. The two main negatives and the reason why it lost two stars: - bar is very long when using it as a dumbbell. If you have a narrow skeleton this would be especially uncomfortable - between each rep you need to tighten the screws on the side as they loosen quite easily. Luckily the bars are so long it would take many many reps before the weights would fall off. In summary, I would recommend this for someone looking for very inexpensive weights and only what price is very good.
