This set is exactly what we needed to complement the equipment we already have! It can be configured in multiple ways to accommodate working different muscle groups and the separate weights allow you to add or take away as needed, even in the kettle bell configuration! The only thing I would say could be better is the efficiency of the mechanism to secure the weights to the bar. It’s takes a few more seconds than I’d like to screw it on/off, but once on, the weights are secure and don’t move around too much! The handles for the weights are comfortable and the long bar even has cushion on it to assist with certain exercises!
