I don’t have much space at home and I don’t want to place a whole row of dumbbells, so I chose this set of adjustable weights. Usually use lighter combinations when training your arms, and increase the weight when doing squats or lunges. It is easier to switch. The size of the grip is appropriate, and you can hold it firmly even when doing multiple sets of movements in a row, and it won't slip out of your hand easily. I usually practice for twenty minutes in my living room after get off work, so I don’t need to set up a dedicated gym. After use, organize the weights and put them in the cabinet, which takes up much less space than multiple pairs of ordinary dumbbells. It's easy to use for those who are new to strength training or just want to do some basic exercises at home.
