I really needed a home gym and this dumbbell set was my first step (after the treadmill). I love how compact this set is and how easy it was to use. Now that being said, its not going to be as good as a commercial dumbbell set but it is slightly heavy weight and there are some cool modifications you can do with this to cover multiple exercises and I love that. The quality is ok. I am going with a 3/5 Stars leaning towards 4.
