I’m 76 years old and have had a complete shoulder replacement. I am still recovering but have recovered far enough that the doctor says I can start using 5 & 10 pound weights doing arm curls. After looking at all the choices in adjustable weights, almost all had reviews saying the weights had come loose. These weights are my best choice by far. They are easy to adjust and stay positively locked in place. I plan to order a second one later.
