I purchased these hiking sneakers before a trip to Sedona, Arizona, where my family and I would be doing a lot of hiking. I got them a few days before the trip and wore them a few days to break them in a bit. They were AWESOME shoes for the trip and felt great for all the hiking we did each day. For reference I am a size 10 with medium to wide feet and the 10 for perfectly and do not make my feet look big, which is hard for a size 10 foot! I would highly recommend these! ... show more

The shoes fit perfectly. I’m a size 7 however I got a 7 1/2 as we should get for any hiking or running shoes. The extra room provides space for toe movement. Overall, the shoes have a great quality and look. The material feels thick and firm but that is how a hiking shoe should be. The soles are sturdy and not like my other $200 pair of well known hiking shoe brand where the soles came off; these look like they will not. Only time will tell. Sometimes when shoes are thick in material they can be difficult to put on, not these as long as you buy a 1/2 size or bigger they should be fine putting them on. I had several pairs of trail runner sneakers from adidas and purchased these thinking it was the same as the pair I have but unfortunately the "sub-category" is A3 and I need Traxion. Otherwise, I picked these because I liked the color and of course the brand but had to return them.

I bought these for hiking in Italy for a summer vacation. I wanted something relatively lightweight and breathable. I did not break these in (not the smartest decision on my part) and yet they managed not to give me any blisters on a 7 mile hike the first time wearing them! I also will note that while they do not mention being waterproof, it ended up raining heavily on one of our hikes and while we managed to find shelter and points, we were definitely trekking in the rain for a bit. My feet didn’t get that wet! Surprisingly good shoes. They are a bit stiff but the soles have good grip and they feel durable. ... show more
