1. I bought these for my kids for hiking, and they both love them so much that they wear them as "regular" daily sneakers. 2. Since they're made for hiking, the materials are way stronger/resilient than regular sneakers, and I'll bet these last a lot longer. 3. I have been wearing the Terrex brand of Adidas shoes for over 8 years now and decided to get my 4-year-old son shoes like mine. I was more than blown away by the fit and how durable they've proven to be. Usually, the kid version of shoes tend to suffer for quality, but these have been going strong and looking as good as new after about 3 months of constant and rugged wear. I highly recommend these for any cost-conscious parent who wants to get away from the flashing lights and character themed, poorly constructed fare that is being peddled these days.

These kids Terrex AC2 Boots are great shoes. These lightweight shoes sit below the ankles and are comfortable. They are more like a rugged running shoe rather than a boot. This shoe is good for kids who cannot tie their own laces as the laces are fastened. The velcro strap at the top makes putting on and taking off shoes easy. The sole has an aggressive tread pattern which is effective on all terrains. They are a bit more expensive than other shoes but they are well worth the investment as they hold up well to abuse. I recommend buying this shoe!

These are the best shoes for kids! I am always on the lookout for good quality athletic shoes for my kids because I hate all the flimsy, nothing-to-them, "plasticy"/slick bottomed shoes that are all over the place now and that fall apart after a months worth of wear. I love that these shoes are a little bit heavier, have nice rubber bottoms with great traction for my kids to run on any surface and not feel like they'll slip and slide around. We never have trouble with Adidas fit and these shoes will last them for their entire school year (worn 3 to 5 days a week)! Quality and comfort is so important to me. Way to go, Adidas!

I bought size 4.5 and the fit was very good. Now, the shoes are comfortable and my son has no complaints about them. Even if Roblox was living inside of these shoes he wouldn’t wear them if they hurt his feet. As a result, I recommend these shoes.

This is the first time that I have found a shoe for my son that is Velcro with laces and they have not Fallen apart yet and we're going on almost 3 months now. Very good quality and great for kids who can ruin a pair of shoes within the first month one of how hard they can be. Well I would recommend these shoes to any mother who has a son or daughter that rare through shoes within the first month!

My son is HAAAARD on shoes. He’s 9 and we typically have to replace shoes within a few months. We intended to get him Merrill’s for Christmas, but after reading Several bad reviews, Decided to go with these instead. So glad we did. They still look brand new (1 month for our 9 year old is eternity in shoe-time). Very good quality. And I love that they qualify as gym shoes, but are sturdy enough to hold up in the weather and outdoors as well. These will be our go to shoes from now on!

These are the best Shoes we've had for our son yet! He is hard on them, running, climbing, hiking, mud, rain, soccer. You name it! He typically burns shoes out before he grows out of them, but not these! Amazing quality all around. Glue/stitching. Plus, he LOVES how the feel and fit. Great support, traction, and comfort. He feels like he can go anywhere. We hesitated at first as they're $60 and you can get cheap ones for half that, but the saying holds true here - we got what we paid for and was well worth it!
