I am 5'9" about 150 lbs. The L was a little too big but shrink nicely the first time I washed and dried it. Now it fits well. If you are between a M and L, get the L.

I purchased 2 of these and they run big and do not shrink up after washing even though they seem to be cotton. I would of offered both one size smaller. The match 4 different Adidas pants that I own.
