He was able to move and remain active without it restricting him whatsoever. he is 5'8" and 120lbs. We purchased a medium because he's a very lengthy young man. It fit him really well. Most Mediums look really big on him but the way this particular one is made it fit his body type nicely. Not only does he love it, it was also a really good price.
