They stay in place better if there’s less tension on them, but can also be used under a form-fitting bra to enhance cleavage and hold in place :) They can be used multiple times but do lose stickiness over time. 10/10 i used for a full week in the heat where i even went on the slingshot and these didn’t fail me will be rebuying it’s so comfortable and they fit so amazingly the sticky was so strong and all i did was wash it after it got a little to sweaty and it was back to new

This strapless bra provided me so much lift. I did try out the B cups at first but they were entirely too small for me so I did get the C cup. After watching lots of TikTok’s, I finally learned how to put these on. You do need to put these closer to your arm pit and angle it towards your belly button. This will give you the most lift. Of course, you can adjust as needed. The quality was very nice and did not seem to nit pick away or wither away. The material was also insanely smooth and soft.
