Wow, fantastic. We were in need of a very narrow bathroom mirror to fit over an ugly painted plywood panel door for a built-in medicine cabinet. I could have purchased a custom cut mirror from a specialty place for about ten bucks more, or find a way to mount this guy up. The mirror has a thin -- perhaps 1/4 inch, probably less -- bevel around the edges, just peeking through the "clamshell" style tubular steel frame. It's simply taped on to a ladder-style frame, which has two protruding tabs about midway up that are the connection point for the "leg" that is visible in the stock photo. If you're looking to wall mount this (and judging by the questions, some of you are), there are two options: One is to go through the trouble of detaching the mirror glass from the ladder frame (the backside frame, not the frame around the edges). The other is to cut off the two steel "tabs" that connect to the "leg" (using a Dremel), leaving you with the mirror attached to a flat, wall-mountable ladder frame. Either way, you'll have to get creative with mounting options: double sided tape, homemade brackets, or in my case, sheet metal screws through the back of the door panel into the ladder frame. I really do like the quality of this glass. The thin bevel is just nice, the steel frame is dressed up compared to the thin, flat wood frames found on most full length mirrors at the likes of Target, BBBeyond, etc., and it **seems** to be a higher quality glass than those cheaper mirrors, although that could just be because this one is securely backed by stout steel. I did test this out in its intended form as a floor mirror for just a few days prior to modifying it, and found that at at my height of six feet tall, this wasn't entirely suitable for seeing the whole me, although it did offer a good perspective on how my pants hemline interfaced with my various shoes -- from a vantage I just can't see in a vertically mounted wall mirror. Mirror seems well-made and is fairly easy to move around. It is much more narrow in person than imagined (the reflection, that is) so it does now seem over-priced for what you get. However, it's not worth the hassle of boxing up & returning. Just be aware of its width before buying.

Very well build and sleek. I needed a nice mirror for my teenage sons room and this is oerfect. I was worried as the box looked like it had been through some rough travel, but it was packaged so well it looks great right out of the box. The only flaw was some scratching half way up the metal frame right in front of where the stand is bolted on in the back. All in all I’m pretty happy. ... show more

The quality of this mirror is better than expected. I don't think the picture in the ad is doing its justice. I ordered this mirror because we needed a full length mirror in our contemporary apartment. Having a typical nyc apartment, a decent (but not huge) size is definitely a requirement. As one of the previous reviews mentioned, this is not ideal as a standalone accent piece, but it's very good as a complementary decor to anywhere you want to add more light. We ended up putting ours between a bookcase (made out of iron) and leather sofa. The mirror definitely added a good amount of illumination to the area since the frame of the mirror is also shiny. The 2 best features of this mirror are its frame (not round as seen from the ad, but a bit concave in the front hugging the mirror... hard to explain, but this makes the entire item look more expensive) and its hook in the back (has a 2-leg hook that'd latch onto the back of the mirror, making is very sturdy and pretty even from the side/back). Highly recommending this piece to anyone looking for a modern looking mirror. ... show more

This mirror is perfect for my bedroom. I think everyone should have a full length mirror and I think this mirror is straight forward enough to fit in with many different design styles. It's not all that sturdy or heavy (i.e don't put it in a place where kids or pets etc can bump into it), but once you set it up and as long as you aren't hanging things on it, bumping into it or constantly moving it, it sits even just fine with absolutely no wobblying Also, this mirror is good for the bedroom, bathroom or dressing room, but not sized for a living room or accent piece in any other type of room like those lean-against-the-wall mirrors. Based on its size, I'm not sure it's totally worth the price I paid.. but shipping is free, I couldn't find anything like it for anywhere near the price elsewhere, the design is pleasantly stylish yet neutral and a good mirror is hard to find... ... show more

This was shipped fast, packed well, price was reasonable, it feels sturdy. It's the perfect size to go in a corner of our walk-in closet. Setting it up was a snap. I liked not having to hang it on the back of a door. When I had it against a wall in the bedroom I wasn't crazy about how far it seemed to come out into the room, but corner placement was just right. It's not adjustable in angle: when the stand is open, it's about 14 inches from the stand to the mirror itself, as it says in the dimensions. When it's put back as far as it will go into a corner, it's about 20 inches from the corner to the front of the mirror. Plenty of mirror surface to see yourself from head to toe. I could have gotten cheaper mirrors, but it was worth the price to have something this functional, attractive, and durable. ... show more
