I use this keyboard with visually impaired students. They can see it well and use it easily. It has been a great tool for teaching the students how to type and spell. I don't use the function keys, just the basics. It works well for how we use it.

    • This made perfect gift for diabetic mother.
My mom has diabetic neuropathy and retinopathy, so she has not been able to use the Apple keyboards with her iMac. She has been using a gaming mechanical keyboard with a little difficulty, but much better than the soft touch Apples. Now she has upgraded and is quite pleased with the gift. It is easier to read with her eyesight. It is easier to avoid double keyboard hit errors that used to plague her neuropathy.     • Great and easy to read but one gotcha
Is a great keyboard and very easy to read but one gotcha: it seems to need a lot of power. I have a lot of computers and keyboards. To manage them I have a number of KVM switches that go back a decade or so. The yellow large print keyboard worked fine connected directly to a computer but did not work connected to an older VGA KVM switch. Say what ? Was mentioned it might need more power than most (other large print USB keyboards work fine). Just replaced a main VGA KVM with an HDMI unit and now the keyboard works fine. BTW I tried with a powered hub on the KVM but that did not work so something is different. However where it works I like it. ... show more

This little beauty solved so many problems for me. Never learned how to type numbers without looking (I'm old), and my old keyboard's numbers and non-letter keys were way too small for me to see. I'm super happy with this. - Has legs in back to prop it at an angle - Is quiet - Works with a light touch; no pounding on the keys - Bright yellow background with black letters/numbers/etc on the keys enhances visibility Not as cool as my old gaming keyboard with a neon rainbow background, but now I no longer make the mistakes I was making while gaming.
