This was such a great value for the money. Easy set up and really sturdy. Also it came with ground anchors and boy do they hold! We had 60+ mph winds for three days and it didn’t budge.

We ordered the 14' purple one & overall, it's a decent enough trampoline, but there's definitely some pros & cons. Assembly is fairly simple, but the instructions could definitely be better. It's a good idea to skim through all the steps in advance to save you having to redo parts, since the instructions can be vague. Our biggest issue was the net & how it secures to the mat. Rather than being sewn together like in other models, you have to feed a cord in & out of the net & through every single spring grommet to secure the net to the mat. Save yourself some time & invest in zip ties & 550 paracord, loosely secure the net with the zip ties, then loop through it all with the paracord. We also bought heavy duty 16" rebar stakes to secure the legs in the ground as the cheap ones they include aren't going to withstand any sort of high winds. Our kids do love it though, and the basketball hoop & lights are a lot of fun.

This trampoline is high quality and very well made. The safety features are excellent and give real peace of mind, especially with the sturdy net and padding. The size is perfect — not too big, not too small — fits great in the yard and is ideal for kids to play comfortably. Easy to set up and feels solid and secure. I'll start off with I had no idea how long it would take to put together a trampoline or how hard it is to put on the springs. Let me tell you, this is a TEDIOUS thing to put together but it's worth it! It took us about 6 hours to put together, I burned to a crisp in the sun because I had no idea it would take that long. Now for quality, this trampoline is NICE. the way they designed it is absolutely wonderful. I love that the poles & springs are outside the net, it makes it so much safer! It even came with stakes, but I'm going to get earth anchors to ensure it stays! This seems like a really durable & high quality trampoline just based off of others I've seen, but we've only had it for about a week. The netting & springs are really nice quality. I also ran the LEDs tight to the top to prevent the kids from snagging them & ripping the netting, and ran it down along the zipper to make it easier to find if they're out jumping in the dark. I love that it comes in different colors, has a hoop & LED lights. I would've preferred solar lights & may switch to those later on. I couldn't get the remote to work but that may be operator error. Overall it's a fantastic price for it coming in the color of our choosing & size. The kids LOVE it! Our neighbors kids have their own trampoline & still come over to use ours! I think they really like the hoop & LEDs!

I am writing to formally report a serious safety defect with the trampoline purchased from your company on August 27. The trampoline remained unopened in its original packaging until December 24, 2025, when it was assembled according to the provided instructions. Less than one month after assembly, while being used as intended, the trampoline’s frame unexpectedly bent during normal use by my child, who weighs approximately 80 pounds. This failure occurred without misuse, excessive weight, or abnormal activity. According to the product specifications and marketing materials, this trampoline is advertised as being able to withstand up to 1,200 pounds. Given this representation, a structural failure under such minimal load is unacceptable and deeply concerning. This defect created a dangerous situation that could have resulted in serious injury to my child. As a parent, I find this product to be unsafe for use by children, and I have lost all confidence in its structural integrity and overall safety. Due to the nature of this defect and the potential risk of harm, I do not wish to return or replace the trampoline. I am formally requesting a full refund of the purchase price. Selling a product that fails under normal, foreseeable use raises significant safety and liability concerns, and I expect this matter to be resolved promptly. Please advise on the process and timeline for issuing a full refund. I am prepared to provide photographs, documentation, or any additional information required to support this claim. I look forward to your timely response and resolution of this matter.
