I got mine and it seems to be working as intended, but that is a bit wonky. It comes with a standard audio jack cable (somewhat short, so I bought a longer one on amazon that works fine) but if you plug in the standard audio cable to listen to music or whatever from your PC via standard audio cord/jack then it seems as if the ANC will not work at the same time. Additionally, the bluetooth seems to work with my phone's bluetooth but doesn't seem to work with my PC's bluetooth (the PC just doesn't find the device and never shows it in the list). Might be an issue with my PC thought as others have reported it works on their laptop. The ANC does work, and seems to be more than some users are giving credit for, but it isn't top tier noise cancellation. For instance my A/C unit cooling my apt is quite loud. Turning on ANC makes it sound like a tiny desk fan. At the same time however it will not stop a jackhammer sound outside my window it seems, but it may help some. I got these for them to be a lightweight alternative to my normal headphones and they are light, and they do seem to function although wonky. I will play around with them more and see if I can get them to work with the bluetooth to connect to my PC and get the ANC to work at the same time as normal audio jack input is playing. The sound I should mention is quite good as others have noted, though not tip top tier. Overall, I recommend them for what they are, and if they could get the functions to work a bit better all at once it'd be a 5/5 for the price and for a fairly lightweight unit. I will update this if I get the functions to work better by myself.

I just got this yesterday and I have been wearing it all morning after charging it all night. I am Autistic and I have extremely severe sensory sensitivities especially with sounds, so I have to wear noise cancelling headsets literally 24/7. This one is doing really well. I am very happy with it. The ANC with my soft music playing enabled me to shop at Walmart and take a walk outside without having any meltdowns from cars or from the music at Walmart. It almost eliminated the music from Walmart completely but I did have to turn up my classical music a little bit to completely drown out the Walmart music. I listen to classical music and soft music and opera and the quality of the music is really good. I am extremely sensitive to bass and I am so grateful that this headset does not accentuate the bass but actually keeps it well balanced. A lot of headsets will push deep bass and it's really hard to find one that doesn't. I really love that this one doesn't do that. But I do hope that people who want thumping bass will buy and use those headsets so those of us who are sensitive can be protected from their music. But so far, so good. I will definitely buy a second one of these because I have to wear headsets literally at all times. Also, my brother told me that he could hear me very clearly on our phone call and I also heard him perfectly. That is huge because most inexpensive headsets with inset mics make you sound like you are underwater. So I love that the mic on this one seems to be excellent. My only issue with this headset is that, even though it's super comfortable to wear, the ear cups are not a good shape for sleeping so I will have to use a different one when I sleep. But other than that, I 100% definitely recommend this headset.

I just got two of these headphones for use with two new Samsung TVs, and I've been using them for the last few days. So far the sound is fine and they feel comfortable. I paired them by selecting "Bluetooth Speaker List" in the TV sound output settings. There is a slight but noticeable lag in the sound when watching TV, on both pairs and on both TVs. This is a bit disappointing, but in all fairness these headphones were NOT advertised as having no TV lag time. These were advertised mostly as headphones for listening to music with ANC. Perhaps if there were another way to pair the headphones that feature could be improved, like with a transmitter connected to an optical cable(?). However, considering the price, comfort, and battery time, overall I am still pleased with my purchase.

This is my first purchase of anything with noise cancelling technology. I was shocked when I flipped the switch and could no longer hear my fan that's right beside me! I can still hear if my kids yell for me which is bizarre but could be from my trained super-hearing for my kids. For the first few days I would slide the headset back a bit because I thought someone was making crying sounds or was out of breath in my apartment. Then I finally realized I was hearing the dogs panting in the background of one of my favorite YouTuber's video. Using my old earbuds, I never heard that! Getting used to truly hearing things I watch has been fun! And music is phenomenal in my opinion. These headphones actually fit my head while any others I've tried have slid off repeatedly because my head is so small. Feeling a secure fit is wonderful! My first battery charge lasted 3 days! Understand, I'm disabled and watch TV with headphones for maybe 12 hours a day! I was so shocked and pleased! The only thing that kept me from giving these a 5 star review is that the left ear has gotten a high pitched squeal a couple times. I've been able to stop the sound by adjusting the left ear a little bit. It's almost like a feedback sound. It's definitely not something that I would return the earphones for though. I've only had them for a couple weeks so, I'll update my review if I need to. But, overall I'm quite impressed with this purchase especially at this price point!
